  • Android – version 8.0 or later;
  • iOS – version 13 or later.

Please make sure your device meets these requirements by checking the operating system version in your device settings.

This is not possible. The B-Trust Mobile application can only be activated on one device – either a smartphone or a tablet.

This ensures greater convenience and security, especially for users with more than one online banking profile.

The B-Trust Mobile application is compatible only with smartphones and tablets running Android or iOS operating systems.

It cannot be installed on a computer or a smartwatch.

Yes. Using the application requires an active internet connection.

Yes. The B-Trust Mobile application provides a high level of security and fully complies with regulatory requirements. Access to the app is granted through an individual password or biometric data.

The application uses advanced encryption methods for the information exchanged between the client and the bank. Transaction confirmation is carried out through a second, independent channel, and every notification generated in the app is linked to a specific transaction and is valid only for that transaction.

  • No delays in receiving messages;
  • Significantly reduced risk of SIM swap.

SIM swap – a fraudulent scheme in which a third party gains control over the user’s mobile number by replacing the SIM card. This usually occurs after the fraudster has obtained personal data through social engineering, phishing, or another form of scam.
