Info Center
Client Settings and Notifications
The service is available to the account holder through their profile in Internet banking.
The option can be found in the “Client Settings” menu.
When adding a new user, the authorizer fills out a form specifying the profile details and the assigned user rights. The form is signed using the selected authorization method.
If the authorized person is granted rights that include the ability to sign documents and requests, they will need to visit a bank branch to sign the generated power of attorney.
The rights can be managed by the account holder directly through ProB@nking and are as follows:
Active rights:
- Information and document entry: Can only enter documents.
- Full rights: Can sign documents without any amount limitation.
- Information and execution of documents up to a limit: Can sign documents within a specified limit.
Passive rights:
- Access to reference information only.
- Rights available for authorization only at a bank branch.
- Always dual control.
- Account deposits: Only the right to deposit funds into all current and future accounts of the Client.
Rights to a specific account for an authorized person, other than a profile with full rights, can be granted or revoked through the “Client Settings” menu.
To do this, you need to select the respective user and click the edit button.
The information about your activity is available in the “My Profile” menu.
You can access this information by clicking on your username located at the top of the screen, right before the logout button.
Your profile includes a Mail menu, marked with an envelope icon.
Through this menu, you can view all notifications sent to you by the bank.
