Accounts and cards
You can open a new account from the “Accounts” menu by selecting “+ New Current Account” or “+ New FlexSave/Deposit Account.”
The currency of a current account can be EUR, USD, GBP, or CHF.
The currency of a deposit account can be EUR, or USD.
The currency of a FlexSave account can be EUR.
Bank statements can be provided in PDF and MT940 formats.
Statements are available in your online banking profile. They are generated on a daily basis whenever there is activity on the account, but can also be accessed for a specific period.

Statements are generated daily and sent to the email address specified when activating this additional service.
You can download a certificate confirming the existence of an IBAN account completely free of charge from the Requests menu by selecting the option Download Certificate of IBAN Account Existence.
This document is suitable for submission to the National Social Security Institute, employers, and other institutions.
You can submit a request for a new debit card from the Cards menu by selecting the icon in the shape of a red circle with a plus sign in the center.
After selecting it, you will be directed to the application form, where you can fill in the required details.
