Creating a beneficiary while entering a payment
When entering the first payment to a given recipient, you have the option to save their details for future use. At the end of the completed payment form, you will find a field labeled Save as Beneficiary, which you can check. After signing the payment, the details will automatically be saved in the Beneficiaries menu.
Alternative way to create a beneficiary
A beneficiary can also be created directly from the Transfers >> Beneficiaries menu, without the need to enter a payment.
Registration and Management of Standing Orders
You can register a standing order from the Transfers >> Standing Orders menu.
This functionality allows automatic execution of regular payments to the same recipient, with the same amount and payment reason, without the need for manual entry every month.
When creating a standing order, you can choose:
- Monthly execution;
- Execution only in specific months of the year, on a date of your choice.
Cancellation of a standing order is done by selecting the respective record in the Standing Orders menu and then clicking the Deactivate button.
To register a new utility payment, select the Register New Utility Payment option from the Utility Bills menu.
Then choose the relevant group of providers and the specific merchant to whom you want to set up the payment.
If an invoice has been issued, a pending obligation will be displayed in the same menu, which you need to manually confirm for the payment to be executed.
