3D Static Password
It is created personally by you. It does not change and is the same for all online payments you make with your card.
You can request an official static password, which is used only for creating a new 3D password, through one of the following channels:
- Internet banking: Menu “Cards” > option “3D Secure static password” > button “Edit”;
- Bank branch;
- *Contact center at tel. 7000.
The temporary 3D static password is valid for 24 hours. If you do not create your own 3D static password within this period, you will need to request a new one.
