The PIN issued by ProCredit Bank for all debit and credit cards is electronic. Along with the e-PIN, a 3D static password is issued, required for online payments. These are available in ProB@nking for 180 days after card activation.
Please note that the system displays the originally issued e-PIN and 3D static password. If they are changed, the new ones will not be displayed.
To view your e-PIN and 3D static password, follow these steps:
ProB@nking:
- Log in to ProB@nking internet banking

- Log in to ProB@nking internet banking
- Go to the “Cards” menu
- Click “Add to Apple Pay/Google Pay” and follow the instructions
You can also add the card directly through your mobile device’s digital wallet, following the on-screen instructions.
A 3D password (3D Secure code) is required for online payments if the merchant supports this protection. Internet payments can be confirmed via:
- Static and dynamic 3D passwords – the static password is available electronically (see “Managing e-PIN and 3D Static Password”), while the dynamic password is sent via SMS.
- B-Trust Mobile app – if the card is registered in B-Trust, online payments will be prioritized for confirmation through the app.
For convenience and security, ProCredit Bank recommends switching to B-Trust Mobile. To register your card in the app, follow these steps:
- Log in to ProB@nking internet banking
- Go to the “Cards” menu and select your card
- Select the “3D Secure” option
- Enter your card number, select “B-trust/B-token” from the dropdown menu, and follow the on-screen instructions
