You can activate your card by following these steps:

Via ProB@nking Internet Banking:

• Log in to your Internet Banking.
• Go to the “Cards” menu.
• Select the card you want to activate and follow the on‑screen instructions.

Via ProCredit Mobile Banking:

• Log in to your mobile application.
• Go to the “Accounts” menu.
• Select the card you want to activate and follow the on‑screen instructions.

A new or renewed card can be activated within 6 months of its issuance. After this period, the card is automatically deactivated.

You can do this no later than the end of the month in which you received the message. Please send us a request in free text through your Internet banking, under the Requests menu.

You will be able to collect your renewed card after the beginning of the month in which it expires.
