Activation
Changing your device requires confirmation through the B-Trust Mobile application installed on your old device.
To transfer the B-Token to a new device, follow these steps:
- Log in to ProB@nking from a computer or laptop and select “My Profile” -> “Change B-Token Device”.
- Start the registration on the new device by clicking “Sign and Send”.
- Confirm the operation through the B-Trust Mobile application installed on your old device.
- Install B-Trust Mobile on your new smart device.
- Complete the registration process – after that, you will be able to use the application on your new device.
1. Log in to ProB@nking from a computer or laptop.
2. Start the B‑Token registration by selecting the “Activate” button and confirm with the SMS code you receive.
3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your phone to download and install the B‑Trust Mobile application.
4. In the B‑Trust Mobile application:
- Create a password.
- Select the service “Add B‑Token or issue an electronic signature.”
5. Return to your computer and proceed with the next step of the process.
6. Scan the single QR code that appears on the screen using the “Scan QR code” option on the home screen of the B‑Trust application.
7. Enter the SMS code you receive directly in the application.
8. Enter the code generated in the application into ProB@nking in the next step of the registration process.
9. Confirm the completion of the process.
