Initial Registration and System Login
A new link for initial registration can be sent to your email after completing identification and signing an application for this type of service.
Identification and document signing can be carried out entirely online via the Evrotrust application or in person at a bank branch.
There is an option “Forgot Password.”
After entering the correct data in the form and signing the request via B-Trust, you will be able to set a new access password.
In case of a forgotten username, information regarding signing the required document is available - either at a bank branch or online through the Evrotrust application.
A person can use the same username, password, and phone number to access all their profiles associated with different clients.
The consolidation of profiles is carried out by signing a document requesting the desired service.
