- Have 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in the field of data centre maintenance
- Are skilled at server configurations, including Linux and/or FreeBSD, Hard disks
- Have hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms, backup solutions, storage and data replication
- Have very good communication skills and teamwork ability
- Have strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Have a proven track record of achieving results
Systems Engineer – Virtualization & Storage
What you will do:

Support, develop, and plan the virtual IT infrastructure of the Bank

Administrate the Data Center infrastructure of the Bank (servers, storages, virtualization platform, backup solutions, data replication etc.), for the purpose of achieving constant accessibility to the working systems; analyses and removes unforeseen problems

Document all changes implemented in the IT Infrastructure

Monitor virtualization infrastructure performance and capacity, ensuring scalability and optimal resource utilization

Configure and manage backup solutions and restore procedure

Make changes to the configuration of different types of equipment to meet the requirements of various projects
-
Participate in discussions/negotiations with suppliers/participants in auctions for delivery of products and services for the Bank
-
Supervise the entire process on the delivery, installation and configuration of newly acquired equipment and services
-
Participate in discussions and decisions on integrating new IT services
-
Discover, propose, and implement new solutions, services, and products in relation to the needs of the business

Participate in mutual projects with other departments (in the IT-related aspects)
