Technical Expert in Sustainability

Conducting sustainability analyses of specific client investments – including various machines, buildings, production processes, and renewable energy projects – in accordance with the guidelines of the European Taxonomy

Active communication with colleagues from the branch network regarding investments in energy efficiency, environmental protection, and renewable energy sources. Opportunity to participate in client meetings as an expert on these topics

Participation in projects aimed at providing clients with solutions to address climate risks and social challenges – including financial, procedural, and IT (software) solutions

Structuring and delivering training sessions to bank employees on ESG-related topics

Data analysis, preparation of improvement proposals, and reporting related to ESG

Monitoring regulatory developments at national and international levels on sustainability topics that impact the Bank’s clients (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CBAM, etc.)

Coordinating the ESG framework with other relevant departments within the Bank, including credit and general risk assessment, reporting, infrastructure, marketing, human resources, and others
