- Law degree
- Fluent working English
- Experience in the field of trade and civil legislation
- Previous working experience in the banking sector and knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act, GDPR and digital business shall be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with legislative specifications in the field of loans shall be regarded as an advantage

Legal Advisor
What you will do:

Drafting of loan contracts and agreements with external suppliers

Consulting on registration and execution of special pledges, mortgages and other collaterals in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation

Verifying the collateral and the execution of the necessary conditions for loan disbursement

Preparing legal opinions and conducting consultations on various legal cases
