- University degree in Marketing/Advertising or other related to the Marketing field
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing field and working on campaigns
- Ability to create content that engages, inspires, and sells
- Excellent command of both visual and written language
- Experience in storytelling, visual concepts, and brand identity development
- Very good level of English
- Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Flexible for regular travel, holding a valid driving license (Cat. B)
- Knowledge of digital design, copywriting, or video formats is considered an advantage
Expert Marketing
What you will do:

Work end-to-end on a campaign according to the approved marketing plan and strategy of the Bank

Manage and coordinate different marketing events

Manage the company's social media channels, including proposing ideas for content, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics to measure success

Communicate with advertising and media buying agencies regarding preparing creatives and channels for the campaigns

Respond to various marketing inquiries from Head Office employees and Network Branch offices regarding marketing events

Be creative and idea-driven, actively contributing to the development of engaging content across channels

Demonstrate curiosity and awareness of global marketing trends, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiration to the team

Proactively explore new formats, tools, and storytelling approaches to enhance the Bank’s communication and customer engagement
