- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Release Manager
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation
- Continuous improvement mindset, eager to optimize processes, tools, and team workflows
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Manage the full release process including scope definition, planning, risk management, deployment, and post release validation

Plan, maintain, and communicate the enterprise release calendar

Conduct release readiness reviews, track milestones, and prepare detailed deployment plans

Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Cyber Security, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth and predictable releases

Define, document, and improve release processes, including runbooks, workflows, and deployment checklists

Ensure adherence to version control and change management procedures

Implement and optimize automation and tooling strategies supporting continuous delivery within secure environments

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership on upcoming releases, issues, and post-release metrics
