- At least 3 years of experience as Business analysis or Project manager, Product owner
- Knowledge and understating of agile methodology: SAFe framework – principles, roles, team rituals, story mapping, delivery cycle
- Knowledge of Business analysis techniques: User stories, stakeholder and requirements management techniques
- Knowledge of project management: manage stakeholders, project roadmap, risks, milestones, deliverables
- Knowledge in business process modeling
- English level at least B2 both spoken and written
- Previous experience at a financial institution (Bank or fintech financial institution) will be considered as an advantage
- Problem solving oriented approach

Business Analyst
As a Business analyst, you will:

Work closely with business people to clarify their needs and requirements for new developments and to ensure they are well understood and integrated into the team’s backlog.

Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements

Support the agile team by explaining requirements, answering questions and providing feedback on work in progress

Consult and communicate with all project stakeholders to design the best suitable IT solutions and ensure that the team’s deliverables will match business expectations

Have to understand the business vision and make proposals for the development of new or changing current functionalities together with ideas for processes optimization

Define the project scope and create backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile software development team

Estimates the value and prioritize the team’s backlog items to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Continuously refine backlog and explain business needs to the team for each item

Accept stories according to the defined acceptance criteria and Definition of Done

Support user acceptance testing and co-ordinate the process of implementation of the functionalities to production
