As a Business analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with business people to clarify their needs and requirements for new developments and to ensure they are well understood and integrated into the team’s backlog.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Support the agile team by explaining requirements, answering questions and providing feedback on work in progress
  • Consult and communicate with all project stakeholders to design the best suitable IT solutions and ensure that the team’s deliverables will match business expectations
  • Have to understand the business vision and make proposals for the development of new or changing current functionalities together with ideas for processes optimization
  • Define the project scope and create backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile software development team
  • Estimates the value and prioritize the team’s backlog items to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Continuously refine backlog and explain business needs to the team for each item
  • Accept stories according to the defined acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
  • Support user acceptance testing and co-ordinate the process of implementation of the functionalities to production

You meet our expectations for:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Business analysis or Project manager, Product owner
  • Knowledge and understating of agile methodology: SAFe framework – principles, roles, team rituals, story mapping, delivery cycle
  • Knowledge of Business analysis techniques: User stories, stakeholder and requirements management techniques
  • Knowledge of project management: manage stakeholders, project roadmap, risks, milestones, deliverables
  • Knowledge in business process modeling
  • English level at least B2 both spoken and written
  • Previous experience at a financial institution (Bank or fintech financial institution) will be considered as an advantage
  • Problem solving oriented approach

  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Proactive approach and attitude towards people and tasks
