- Law degree and legal capacity
- Fluent working English
- 2+ years of expertise in the financial sector
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of commercial and civil legislation in Buldaria, EU legislation ( Data privacy, AML, Payment regulations)
- Knowledge of legally binding requirements in the field of loans, collateral establishment and special collateral enforcement laws
- Experience in the field of legal representation and defense before the courts (min 3 years)
- Responsible approach and attention to details
- Critical thinking and self-independence at work
- A proactive attitude in organizing the work process and task prioritization skills
Legal Advisor

Preparation of legal opinions and consultations on various cases that have arisen in the ProCredit Bank, including implementation of new processes or making changes to existing ones, related to early repayment of loans and/or judicial collection of receivables

Representation and legal defense of the ProCredit Bank in courts and special jurisdictions on ad hoc basis

Preparing/reviewing contracts with external suppliers

Preparing/reviewing internal documents and internal bank’s policies related to the protection of personal data and judicial collection of receivables

Communication with external institutions, regulatory bodies and law offices and internally with colleagues and other departments in the bank
