- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in credit control or a similar role in the banking or financial sector
- Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
- A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Driving license is considered an advantage
Expert Credit Control
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular reviews and quality control of the credit portfolio to identify risks and ensure compliance with credit policies

Assess the quality of financial analyses and credit decisions, ensuring adherence to internal lending standards

Manage and maintain the Watchlist portfolio, including monitoring clients with increased credit risk and processing early warning signals

Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and identify emerging credit risk issues, deficiencies, or policy breaches

Ensure the timely monitoring of the loan portfolio

Prepare risk assessments, reports, and recommendations for senior management and credit risk committees

Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of approved recommendations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit risk management processes, controls, and portfolio quality
