- Law degree
- Fluent working English
- Experience in the field of trade and civil legislation
- Pervious working experience in the banking sector and knowledge on Digital Operational Resilience Act, GDPR and digital business shall be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with legislative specifications in the field of loans shall be considered an advantage

Consult on registration and execution of special pledges, mortgages and other collaterals in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation

Verify the collateral and the execution of the necessary conditions for loan disbursement

Prepare legal opinions and conducting consultations on various legal cases
