- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and partnership building skills
- Ability to function in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team
Human Resources Expert (with a focus on recruitment)
What you will do:

Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Proactively search for candidates through suitable channels

Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the employer branding strategy of the company
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, different channels to identify and engage top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events - exhibitions, presentations, university events

Carry out administrative activities regarding the recruitment, trainings and the Onboarding process

Participate in different HR projects

Prepare statistics, references and reports on the recruitment process
