- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in regulatory reporting or financial controlling within the banking or financial services sector
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of Excel
- Experience with SQL and BI would be considered as an advantage
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable with high attention to detail
Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Preparing and submitting accurate regulatory and internal financial reports in accordance with central bank, IFRS, and local requirements, ensuring timely compliance with supervisory authorities

Contributing to capital planning processes, including ICAAP, capital adequacy calculations, and risk-weighted asset assessments

Supporting the bank’s funding strategy by analyzing liquidity needs, optimizing capital structure, and managing the full funding lifecycle – from planning to monitoring

Collaborating with Risk and Compliance teams to align reporting with capital, liquidity, and regulatory requirements, while ensuring consistency across financial and sustainability disclosures

Monitoring regulatory developments and leading updates in reporting frameworks, while participating in projects for automation, standardization, and system enhancements

Liaising with regulators, auditors, and institutional investors, providing strategic input on financial impacts of regulatory changes and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations
