What you will do:

  • Prepare and submit accurate regulatory and internal financial reports in accordance with central bank, IFRS, and local requirements, ensuring timely compliance with supervisory authorities
  • Participates in groups and meetings with Hellenic Bank Association
  • Communicate and organize internally guarantee program initiatives under Hellenic Development Bank
  • Support the bank’s funding strategy by analyzing liquidity needs, optimizing capital structure, and managing the full funding lifecycle – from planning to monitoring
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to align reporting with capital, liquidity, and regulatory requirements, while ensuring consistency across financial and sustainability disclosures
  • Monitor regulatory developments and lead updates in reporting frameworks, while participating in projects for automation, standardization, and system enhancements
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and institutional investors, providing strategic input on financial impacts of regulatory changes and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations

You meet our expectations for:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in regulatory reporting or financial controlling within the banking or financial services sector
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Good understanding of Excel; SQL, BI (would be considered as an advantage)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable with high attention to detail
