- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably with business clients / SME segment
- Knowledge of Greek will be considered as a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience in market analysis and client acquisition initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent command of English; very good MS Office skills; willingness to travel

What you will do:

Provide daily support to the branch network in Thessaloniki regarding products, procedures, and client cases

Coordinate with branches to execute strategies for attracting and managing business clients

Monitor performance versus targets and support achievement of business goals

Analyze market trends and competitors; identify opportunities in the SME segment

Plan and execute client acquisition initiatives and marketing campaigns

Contribute to development and improvement of products and services

Communicate with branches regularly, collect feedback, and propose improvements in processes and service quality

Prepare reports, analyses, and internal communications; participate in projects and process optimization
