  • Lead and coordinate on-boarding initiatives - on-site visits, accounts opening, salary transfer and managing the relationship with the company from payroll perspective
  • Conduct strategic presentations to companies, promoting payroll banking solutions and employee benefits
  • Manages and optimizes acquisition channels
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams
  • Build and expand cooperation with credit brokers, loan intermediaries, financial consultants and platforms
