What you will do:

  • Analyze business processes and propose suitable automation solutions
  • Develop system specifications based on business, user, and functional requirements
  • Design and implement new automation solutions and functionalities using low-code platforms
  • Optimize and maintain existing automated workflows for reliability and performance
  • Participate in quality assurance activities: solution design, code review, debugging, and testing
  • Create and maintain documentation for automation solutions, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation flows and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ideas and propose enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards
  • Assist with user training, adoption, and support for automated processes

You meet our expectations for:

  • At least 4 years of experience with business process analysis and automation
  • Proficiency in low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform preferred)
  • Strong understanding of system design, testing, and documentation practices
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and data privacy standards
