The average monthly POS turnover is calculated by dividing the total monthly turnover generated through all POS devices of the respective Merchant, including physical, virtual or software POS terminals, by the number of terminal devices.

The average monthly turnover is calculated based on the last completed 12 reporting periods, with each reporting period measured from the 26th day of the previous month up to and including the 25th day of the following month.

Example:

If a Merchant has 2 POS devices-  one virtual POS terminal and one stationary POS terminal, and the total turnover generated through both POS devices for the last 12 completed reporting periods amounts to EUR 24,000, the average monthly POS turnover is calculated as follows:

First, the total turnover is divided by 12 months:

EUR 24 000 / 12 months  = EUR 2 000
Then, the average monthly turnover is divided by the number of POS devices:

EUR 2 000 / 2 POSs = EUR 1 000

Therefore, the average monthly turnover per POS terminal is EUR 1,000.

For a received payment of EUR 5 , if the commission for the transaction is 0.55 %, the service fee will be EUR 0.03.

Monthly POS terminal cost: With an average monthly turnover of EUR 2 500 and a share of card payments by individuals at 85%, your maximum monthly cost will be under EUR 21.

This functionality enables online merchants to offer their customers a more convenient and intuitive payment method, without the need to enter card details or additional 3D secure passwords for confirmation. The service provides maximum payment security and increases the merchant’s conversion rate of successfully completed purchases.

The payment process consists of only two steps:

1. Selecting the Apple Pay/Google Pay option.

2. Confirming with a biometric method (Face ID/fingerprint) or the device password.
