2005 – Introducing TCR: A New Standard in Customer Service
ProCredit Bank became the first in Bulgaria to implement cash‑deposit and cash‑dispensing machines (TCRs), transforming cash transactions into a faster, more accurate, and more secure process. This innovation expanded service possibilities and enabled cash operations to be carried out not only at teller counters but also at multiple service points, marking the beginning of a more flexible and modern customer experience.

2007 – The First Online Loan Application Form in Bulgaria
ProCredit Bank became the first bank in the country to introduce the possibility for clients to apply for a loan online — directly through the website, quickly and easily, without visiting a branch. In the heart of Sofia, ProCredit Bank opened its new 11‑storey building featuring an impressive internal atrium and fully glazed spaces — an architectural concept that reflects the Bank’s philosophy of open and accessible banking.

The Bank introduced a single‑counter service model, allowing cash transactions, payments, and account openings to be carried out without transferring clients between different employees. A true leap forward in customer convenience.

2013 – The First 24/7 Zones in Bulgaria: Banking Without Opening Hours
ProCredit Bank became the first bank in Bulgaria to open fully equipped 24/7 self‑service zones. They allow clients to deposit and withdraw cash, initiate payments, and use internet banking — at any time of day or night. An innovation that transformed the service model.

2015 – ProCredit’s First Office in Greece
ProCredit Bank expanded its presence beyond Bulgaria and opened its first office in Thessaloniki, Greece.

2019 – The First Fully Online Bank Account
ProCredit Bank became the first bank in Bulgaria to enable the fully remote opening of an account — with electronic identification, online signing, and card delivery to the client’s address. Clients could now bank without visiting a branch.

2022 – The First Carbon‑Neutral Office Building in Europe (EDGE)
ProCredit Bank’s headquarters became the first office building in Europe to receive EDGE certification for carbon neutrality — a strong statement of leadership in sustainable banking.

ProCredit Bank announced the removal of all fees for online transfers — in local currency, foreign currency, and international payments — becoming the first bank in Bulgaria to make online bank transfers entirely free.

ProCredit Bank developed an innovative Green CO₂ Calculator — a free digital tool that enables companies to independently calculate their carbon emissions in accordance with the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol standard.
