Viktoriya-Nikol is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Risk Expert. Her curiosity about sustainable development emerged nine years ago during an exchange program in Leipzig, Germany, and since then it has become her cause—one that carries both meaning and responsibility. She was pleasantly surprised to discover that ProCredit Bank has an entire department dedicated to sustainability, and that’s what inspired her to take the next step in her career here.

From her very first meetings with the team, she became convinced that this is a place where principles don’t remain just words on paper—they turn into real actions.

Viki shares that during her interview with Executive Director Kamelia Mineva, she was impressed by how openly she spoke with her — something that motivated her even more to become part of the team.

“For me, it is essential that my employer has a clear mission and consistency in its actions. I recognized my topic — sustainable development — within these principles,” Viki says.
