  • Review contracts for financial parameters and deadline compliance
  • Verify invoices for Bank expenses and adherence to internal rules
  • Ensure proper signing of contracts with counterparties after auctions
  • Support auction organization: supplier communication, documentation, comparison tables
  • Review documentation for accounting advances (confirmations, budget checks, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules for advance requests
  • Check adherence to internal rules when preparing part‑time labor agreements
  • Prepare monthly reports to Accounting on part‑time contract remunerations
  • Verify centralized office rent payments before processing
  • Update rent agreement changes in the Banker system

Candidate Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Good organizational skills and comfort working with documents and financial data
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent command of English and Bulgarian language
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Serious and responsible approach to assigned tasks
