- University degree (degrees in statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science are an advantage)
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with large data sets, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
