Nadezhda Peneva has been part of the strategic management of ProCredit Bank since November 2025.
Her career in the banking sector began in 2003 at ProCredit Bank and continued in other leading financial institutions. She has held key managerial positions, combining strategic goals and projects related to expanding market share in the retail segment, developing branch networks, implementing CRM infrastructure, and more, along with in-depth work to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. She is a driving force behind branch transformation and digitalization, including the integration of digital solutions to assist clients.

She joins the ProCredit Bank team with a priority to lead activities for the development of our retail banking segment, and related with it marketing, operations, digital channel services, and contact center.

Nadezhda Peneva graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a degree in Macroeconomics in 2004, and in 2015 she enhanced her specialization through Business Administration and the Executive MBA program at the American University, which strengthened her strategic management skills and enriched her experience in leadership, organizational management, and innovation.

Nadezhda believes in an approach based on continuous improvement, driven by customer feedback and the strength of the team.
