• ProCredit Bank Bulgaria and the EBRD, with the financial support of the European Union, are launching together a joint Academy for Business Owners aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and the development of micro and small enterprises.
  • The programme will take place in the autumn of 2026 and will be open to existing clients of ProCredit Bank, with a focus on financial literacy, strategic thinking and management skills.
  • The educational content has been developed on the basis of real business needs and covers key topics such as finance, EU funding, human resources, effective marketing and online security.

ProCredit Bank Bulgaria, in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and with funding secured from the European Union’s InvestEU programme, announces the establishment of the Academy for Business Owners – a targeted educational initiative developed to support entrepreneurs and the growth of micro and small enterprises in Bulgaria. 

The program will take place in the autumn of 2026 and is intended for the clients of ProCredit Bank. Its focus will be on enhancing financial capabilities, improving strategic thinking and building more effective management models in micro and small enterprises.

The Academy has been designed as half day events focussed on developing further skills in - finance, EU funding programmes, human resources management, marketing and online security.

The establishment of the Academy forms part of the long-term commitment of ProCredit Bank and the EBRD to support the entrepreneurial environment by complementing traditional bank financing with expertise, knowledge and initiatives with a strong practica bias.

The initiative reaffirms ProCredit Bank Bulgaria’s and the EBRD’s support for small business development and the long-term growth of companies.

The EU funding is channeled through InvestEU programme which supports sustainable investment, innovation and job creation in Europe.
