Support basic troubleshooting of network issues, hardware, ATMs, POS terminals, and telephony

Help process IT communication requests from employees

Assist in documenting infrastructure changes and achieving configuration files

Support monitoring of network infrastructure and reporting incidents

Help with initial configuration of routers, switches, and telephones under supervision

Assist in preparing documentation for auctions and participate in supplier meetings

Support installation and setup of new network equipment

Contribute to projects involving new IT services and cross department collaboration

Assist in updating procedures, documentation, and participating in team meetings
