- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in financial analysis, credit assessment and lending processes
- Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows and business performance to support sound credit decisions
- Very good command of English language (speaking and writing)
- Driving license is considered an advantage

Manage a loan portfolio focusing on quality, risk management and client retention

Perform financial analysis and credit assessments to support sound underwriting decisions

Prepare and present credit proposals and participate in Credit Committees

Coordinate legal, AML, collateral and technical assessments during the approval process

Participation in the loan agreement signing process Monitor the loan portfolio and manage areas and problem exposures in coordination with relevant internal units
