- University degree
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong sales orientation with experience in B2B or corporate client acquisition
- Background in business development and negotiations
- Expertise in managing partners and brokers’ networks
- Retail banking knowledge
- Мanagerial experience is required
Customer Acquisition and Partnerships development Team lead

Grow customer base and develop payroll banking relationships with companies’ employees Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships for Retail business line to generate acquisition pipelines

Develop payroll business strategies, leveraging on internal, but also identifying potential new business

Work with branch managers, business departments, and team leads to coordinate acquisition efforts

Set and track monthly acquisition and payroll targets

Identify potential for developing other acquisition channels for the bank
