- University degree, technical degree is an advantage
- Knowledge about Greek legislation and requirements about valuations, license for valuer to work in Greece will be considered as strong advantage
- Previous experience as a valuer, experience at a similar position at a bank or other financial institution is an advantage
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Orientation to the achievement of results

Assigning the preparation of valuations to external valuation companies

Supporting the work of external values by explaining the Bank’s requirements

Confirming the valuations (makes plausibility check), made by the external valuation companies or prepares/ updates appraisals, owned by clients or acquired by the bank

Preparing opinions and monitoring on investment projects

Checking on-site construction documentation for investment monitoring or other business-related papers

Monitoring the market trends for different types of assets

Preparing various types of reports for the needs of the Bank, specific departments and/ or shareholders
