Reni Peycheva, Executive Director and Member of the Management Board

Reni has been part of the ProCredit Bank team since 2001. Her professional experience covers key stages in the development of the Bank’s operational structure, during which she has held important positions related to client relations, branch management, and the development and positioning of banking products and services.
In 2013, Reni assumed the strategic role of Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board. Today, she is responsible for domestic and international payments, back-office operations, and drives the Bank’s digital transformation—from implementing new technological solutions to enhancing cybersecurity and the efficiency of internal processes. For Reni, digitalisation is a culture—a profound change in mindset and working methods that begins with the very design of a company’s business model.
Her extensive expertise in implementing new processes in the banking industry, combined with hands-on client experience, allows her at a strategic level to foster effective collaboration between the IT department and business units. She creates an environment where technological execution meets and prioritises the real needs of users. Reni manages the Bank’s digital change with a holistic approach, focusing on improving the customer experience while maintaining high security standards.
She holds a degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy and has enhanced her managerial skills at the Bank’s Academy in Germany. She has also earned several specialised international IT certifications, including SAFe® 5, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, ITIL, and Telerik Product Management, among others.
