Notification regarding upcoming holidays 22.12.2025

Dear customers,

As Christmas is approaching, we would like to inform you which of our services will be available during the holiday period – December 24–28, 2025:

Internet banking and mobile app – operating without interruption during the whole period;
Card payments – you can safely pay and withdraw cash;
24/7 zones will operate without interruption – amounts deposited in a deposit safe between December 24 and 28, 2025, will be available on the first working day after the holidays;
Blink money transfers in BGN and EUR – no changes to the execution mode;

Regular money transfers in USD, GBP, CHF, and non-SEPA transfers in EUR ordered on December 23, 2025:

until 5:00 p.m. will be executed with a date of December 24, 2025.
after 5:00 p.m. (and during the Christmas holidays) will be executed with a date of December 30, 2025.
Express currency transfers in EUR/USD on December 23, 2025 will be executed until 5:00 p.m.

Our office in The Mall Shopping Center in Sofia will be open without interruption during the holidays with changed working hours, which you can follow here.

All other offices of the Bank will be closed during the official holidays.
