New executive director committed to the retail segment at ProCredit Bank

We are pleased to announce that Nadezhda Peneva is now joining the management team of ProCredit Bank as a new executive director and member of the Management Board. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Nadezhda started her career with the ProCredit Bank team in 2003 and continued her professional development in other recognized financial institutions – Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria and UBB, part of KBC Group Bulgaria.

Her expertise covers a wide scope of activities related to the strategic development of the retail segment and in-depth work on understanding digital customer behavior and effective service processes. 

At ProCredit Bank, Nadezhda Peneva will continue her focus and commitment to work with individual customers, building on the best practices established and directing her efforts towards long-term growth. She will also be strategically responsible for the activities of the Marketing and Contact Center.
