Regarding the upcoming introduction of the euro, we would like to inform you that the Bank's preparation process will begin on December 30, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and is expected to be completed on January 2, 2026

During this period, some of our services will be temporarily limited:

  • Access to the mobile app and internet banking will be completely closed between 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025, and January 2, 2026.
  • You will be able to make transfers in BGN and foreign currency until 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025.
  • A short interruption in card payments/withdrawals is expected from 11:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2025

To be prepared for all situations, we advise you to:

  • Follow our information channels for up-to-date information;
  • Plan your purchases and payments and try to complete them before 30 December 2025;
  • Ensure you have cash on hand for payments and acceptance. 

The phased restoration of all services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on January 2, 2026. 

ProCredit Bank will inform you when the process is complete and we return to normal service.
