How to prepare for the euro?
Dear customers,
Regarding the upcoming introduction of the euro, we would like to inform you that the Bank's preparation process will begin on December 30, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and is expected to be completed on January 2, 2026.
During this period, some of our services will be temporarily limited:
- Access to the mobile app and internet banking will be completely closed between 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025, and January 2, 2026.
- You will be able to make transfers in BGN and foreign currency until 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025.
- A short interruption in card payments/withdrawals is expected from 11:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2025.

To be prepared for all situations, we advise you to:
- Follow our information channels for up-to-date information;
- Plan your purchases and payments and try to complete them before 30 December 2025;
- Ensure you have cash on hand for payments and acceptance.
The phased restoration of all services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on January 2, 2026.
ProCredit Bank will inform you when the process is complete and we return to normal service.
