Changes in the Terms and Conditions for payment services, effective from 01.07.2025

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you regarding the following changes in the General Terms and Conditions for payment services of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria), which will enter into force on 01/07/2025: 

•    p.4.1.-4.4. - change of the ways of notifying clients in case of changes in the General Terms and Conditions, the Tariff, its Interest Rate and Currency Rate Bulletins.
•    p. 40 - the advance payment of interest on deposits is abolished.
•    p.107 - conversion of payments made in a currency other than that of the card account.
•    p.129 - additional confirmation of a payment transaction may be initiated through a thrust service provider.
•    p. 183 - detailing how customers are notified of changes to the General Terms and Conditions.

We would like to inform you that the Bank will consider that you have accepted the changes, unless you notify us in writing that you do not accept them by 01.07.2025, when the amendments will enter into force. If you do not agree with the changes being made, you have the right to terminate your Framework Agreement to which the changes apply at any time before the effective date without liability for costs and compensations.

With the current notification, the Bank fulfils its obligations under art. 62 of the payment Services and payment System Act.
