Changes in the Terms and Conditions for payment services, effective from 01.01.2025

We would like to inform you regarding the following changes in the General Terms and Conditions for payment services (GTCPS) of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria), which will come into effect on 01.01.2025:

-  p.69 updated reference to applicable EU regulation the Bank complies with when executing payments;

-  p.70 new information for instant transfers in euros is added;

-  p.153 reference to point 69 GTCPS is added;

-  p.183 the means of notifying customers of changes in the GTCPS are listed.
