Change in the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Services, effective as of January 26, 2026

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that as of 26 January 2026, new terms and conditions will come into effect:

The main change concerns:

Separation of the General Terms and Conditions for payment services for individuals and legal entities into two separate documents.
Added information about the ProCredit Mobile Banking service in Section VIII of the General Terms and Conditions for payment services for private individuals of “ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria)” EAD.

Please be advised that the Bank will consider that you have accepted these changes unless you notify us in writing that you do not accept them by 26 January 2026, the date on which they come into force. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right, at any time before their effective date, to terminate your framework agreement for payment services to which the changes apply, without being liable for any costs or compensation.

With the current notification, the Bank fulfils its obligations under art. 62 of the payment Services and payment System Act.
