To reach the Contact Centre Experts and to receive information on important for you matters, we are open to your questions: from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., and Saturday - Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The service is offered both in Bulgarian and in English.
In emergency situations you can have your card blocked at any time by using ProB@nking or the automated services of our Contact Centre.
