She is convinced that innovation in banking services and the simplification of processes help bridge the gap with people. As Chief Executive Officer, she leads the Bank’s development in several key areas: Retail Banking, Marketing, Contact Centre, Capital Markets, and Liquidity.
Her education combines prestigious academic institutions with practical management training. Kameliya holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. She later expanded her expertise with an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield, focusing on leadership, change management, and sustainable development.
In 2017, she also completed the intensive programme of the ProCredit Academy in Germany.
Her leadership approach is based on trust, clarity, and leading by example. She believes in leadership through personal commitment and the ability to set the right priorities.
