Product Manager

Develop and manage digital products and services aligned with customer needs and the bank’s objectives
Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
Coordinate work between different teams (technology, marketing, sales) to ensure the successful implementation of products
Monitor and analyze products performance and optimize their features based on customer feedback and market trends
Participate in the development of strategic plans and innovations for the bank’s digital products

At least 1 year of experience as Product/Project manager
Knowledge and understating of Product/Project management & Agile methodologies/SAFe framework – principles, roles, team rituals, delivery cycle
Problem solving oriented approach
Curious, fast learner with flexible mindset, adapting to change
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Proactive approach and attitude towards people and tasks
Team player with natural tendency to work collaboratively, solve problems within groups, find win/win solutions
Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into innovative products and services
English level at least B2 both spoken and written
Previous experience at a financial institution (Bank or fintech financial institution) will be considered as an advantage
