What you will do:

  • Acquire new clients private individuals
  • Advise and offer to clients individual banking products – consumer loans, saving accounts, bank cards by demonstrating deep knowledge of banking services
  • Proactively engage with clients in the retail zone and deliver an outstanding professional service experience by identifying opportunity for advice, solutions, digital enablement
  • Manage portfolio of clients; process loan applications of private individuals
  • Contribute to the team results by listening and spotting opportunities for additional advice
  • Provide after sales support and service to clients

You meet our expectations for:

  • University degree
  • Previous experience in sales or banking would be considered an advantage
  • Goal-oriented individual with a passion for putting clients first
  • Very good level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and emotional intelligence skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Willingness to learn, improve and determination to succeed
