Expert Cash Management

Performs monitoring on all cash machines in the 24/7 self-service zones and ensures the continuity of services

Handles customer requests for problems with ATM and deposit machine operations

Participates in meetings and negotiations with suppliers on various projects related to the activities related to cash operations

Controls and assists in improving the quality of function of the cash deposits/withdrawals machines

Prepares instructions and practical manuals in case of a change in the work procedures

Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks, including internal legal documents and procedures related to cash operations
