  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the card and POS business and achieve growth targets;
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the card industry;
  • Manage and coordinate business processes related to marketing campaigns, implementation of new card and POS products and services;
  • Negotiate partnerships and joint programs with retailers and vendors;
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities with the International Card Schemes, Marketing and Business Departments in the Bank and ensure successful closures;
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and enhance card products and services;
  • Work closely with the International Card Schemes Visa and Mastercard, processors and respective vendors for implementing mandatory requirements on time.

You meet our expectations for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product management in the card payment industry
  • Strong knowledge of payment card products, services, and industry trends
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and sales skills and results driven attitude
  • Prioritization & task management skills
