The guarantee programme offering preferential collateral and interest rate conditions to the enterprises in Bulgaria and Greece to make sustainable investments more accessible.

Program Parameters

Eligibility criteria:

  • Supporting investments and businesses that can be considered to be substantially contributing to climate and/or environmental objectives, including Energy Service Company (ESCO)
  • Maximum Loan amount EUR 2,500,000
  • Loans have a minimum tenor of 1 year and a maximum tenor of 15 years
