Silvena Bogoeva, Executive Director and Member of the Management Board
Silvena Bogoeva has been a member of the Bank’s Management Board since July 2025. She began her professional career at ProCredit Bank in 2008 as a Business Lending Intern.

Over the years, she has held key positions within the branch network and the Bank’s Head Office, all focused on developing the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment. Her accumulated experience has built a strong foundation for her current role, providing her with solid business expertise and skills in building and managing teams of various sizes.
She is responsible for the following areas: business with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Human Resources, Cards and Card Payments, and Sustainable Development.
Silvena Bogoeva graduated in Economics from the University of Economics – Varna and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. She is currently further enhancing her knowledge and skills at the ProCredit Bank Academy in Germany.
Silvena believes that the development and support of employees are the most valuable investment, as they are the ones who create long-term and successful relationships with the Bank’s clients.
